These tumors can be diagnosed in the prenatal period, but are most frequently diagnosed in the newborn period. Multiple rhabdomyomas are more consistent with the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis than a single tumor. Clinical manifestations of tuberous sclerosis may not become evident until later in life. The presence of rhabdomyomas alone, without life-threatening hemodynamic instability or arrhythmias, should not be an absolute indication for surgery. Here, we present two patients with multiple intracardiac rhabdomyomas on fetal and postnatal echocardiography. Anahtar Kelimeler : rabdomiyom, kalp tümörleri, tüberosklerozis.
