In this report we present an eight-year old boy with juvenile ankylosing spondylitis and inflammatory bowel disease resistant to combined therapy of antirheumatismal drugs because of its rarity in childhood. Anti-tumor necrosis factor-a monoclonal antibody administration, a new biological treatment, is discussed in view of the literature. Anahtar Kelimeler : juvenil ankilozan spondilit, inflamatuvar barsak hastalığı, anti-TNF-a monoklonal antikor, juvenile ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory bowel disease, Anti-tumor necrosis factor-a monoclonal antibody
