Abstract
Turner syndrome is a genetic disorder characterized by certain phenotypic features and abnormalities in the X chromosome. There is a close relationship among chromosomal abnormalities, autoimmune disease, and immunological disorders. Celiac disease, Hashimoto thyroiditis, type 1 diabetes mellitus, and inflammatory bowel diseases are the most common autoimmune diseases in Turner syndrome. Serological markers of celiac disease should be periodically performed in patients with Turner syndrome. Herein, a case of Turner syndrome associated with celiac disease is reported.
