Spontaneous pneumothorax is rare in childhood. The main underlying pathologies are asthma, cystic malformations, post infectious bullae, and infectious pneumonia in infancy. We report here a case of Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) presented with spontaneous pneumothorax in a 22-month-old boy. Rarely, pulmonary LCH may present with spontaneous pneumothorax.
