Abstract
A thirteen-year-old female patient presented with left breast hypoplasia and shortness of left hand phalnges. Isolated dextrocardia was determined in the patient diagnosed as Poland syndrome with the findings of synbrachydactyly in the left hand, rib anomalies in the left hemithorax and left breast and pectoralis major muscle hypoplasia. In thoracal magnetic resonance angiographic examination, brachiocephalic arteries and branches were normal. This study is presented to draw attention to the association of Poland syndrome with isolated dextrocardia and to illustrate that vascular malformations are not the only etiopathogenetic factors.
