Vaginal foreign bodies in children are rare entities that are easily misdiagnosed with long duration and malodorous vaginal discharge. Since history does not give detailed information, they usually are detected in the routine examination for urinary tract infections. In this paper a case of a six-year-old girl with a very rare vaginal foreign body (bullet) is reported.
